EmmaLee at Cake Fanatics did a fantastic job on my sons Wedding Cakes - I say cakes - because we had a special request for a small sugar free cake as well as a larger cake for most guests. Cake Fanatics was the only bakery, in Maui, who replied to my request for a sugar free cake and the cakes turned out perfect. The bride thought it was the best sugar free cake she has ever eaten !
